We are looking for a copy of the Japanese Fair Trade Commission,
Examination Guidelines on Unfair Trade Practices in Sole Import
Distributorship Contracts (Nov 21, 1972). We have a cite that says it's
been reprinted in Antimonopoly Legislation of Japan (Masanao Nakagawa,
ed., 1984)--of course we don't have this book and neither does anyone
else in the Rocky Mountain region. Any help would be greatly
