The Board of Veterans' Appeals has published a CD-ROM containing
1992-1994 decisions. Our library received it as a depository item.
The SuDoc number is VA 1.95/2:992-94, and the box says that it is for
sale by the U.S. Government Printing Office.
I have not tried to use the disk yet, so I can't comment on ease of
use. The disk is marked "Folio infobase."
