ILL-International Bullion Master Agreement

I have been asked to locate the 1994 International Bullion Master
Agreement published by the London Bullion Market Association. The only
holdings listed in RLIN or OCLC are in Europe and of course the
attorney needs it today. Does anybody, preferably in New York have a
copy we could borrow? TIA.
