Re: CCH - Again

I got a statement just like yours. I called the 800 number on the
statement. The phone mail message said to use the telephone buttons to
enter an 8-digit customer number. I tried twice, and couldn't get the
entire number in before I got the next message: " wait for the next
available representative." After about 10 minutes, a message said the
volume of calls was higher than expected and to key in my phone number,
leave a message and they would return my call ASAP.

I didn't get a call back. Maybe tomorrow. There is NO WAY I can identify
a transaction without a purchase order number or the title of the item in
question.
