I have a request for a copy of the Estate Settlement Act, a newly
prepared piece of legislation, which, as of July 1995 had not yet been
introduced in the Michigan legislature. It is described as..."a complete
review, reorganization, and revision of the Michigan Revised Probate
Code," by Catherine Jacobs, writing in the June 1995 issue of the Ingham
County Briefs. If any librarians in Michigan know of attorneys who are
members of the Probate and Estate Planning Council or the Standing
Committee on Code, Procedure and Rules of the Probate and Estate Planning
Section of the S.B.M., please inquire as to whether or not you may fax
or send me a copy of the Estate Settlement Act. Please contact me first;
if you're not too far away, I'll come and pick it up.
TIA - Ann
