N.Y. Not for Profit Law

 One of our clinical faculty is trying to track down a book. She
 asserts that it is called "The White Book," and that it includes the
 text of the New York not-for-profit law and some forms. She says it
 is NOT the book published by the Council of N.Y. Law Associates.

 Any ideas? She'd like to tell the bookstore to order sufficient
 copies for her class.
