One of our attorneys is in need of a sample of what he believes is
called a "seconding agreement". The situation involves a
multinational company assigning its employee to work for an affiliate
though the employee is still technically employed by the first
company. This in effect is an "employee leasing" between the two
companies. Supposedly, the agreement is widely used in Europe for tax
purposes. Any leads on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in
advance for any helpful hints or leads.
