I am the Manager of Information Resources for a medium sized law firm
who recently lost it's MIS person. We are about to begin the process
of interviewing and hiring a new person for the department. Due to the
fact that this person and I have to work closely together, I
have asked to be a part of the interview process. My request has been
granted.

I am wondering if any of you have been involved in this process in your
firms, and if so, what types of questions did you use in the interview.?
Even if you haven't been involved in this process, do you have any ideas?

I see this as a great opportunity for the library/information resouce
center and I would like to make sure that we take the best advantage of
this as possible. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.
