All,
Just as a follow-up - When I called Aspen to complain about
the unwanted shipment of the Manual of Complex Litigation to one
of my customers, the customer service representative not only
said he would credit the firm's account, but also that he would
send me a postage-paid mailing label to return the book.
Evidently they're getting the message; keep holding their feet to
the fire!
