Maternity leave in private univ.

I am interested in information from law librarians in private
universities about the policies concerning maternity leave. I have just a
few questions, please respond directly to me.
        1. Are the law librarians considered faculty, and if so, are
        they university faculty or law school faculty?

        2. How many weeks/months are allowed for maternity leaves?

        3. Is the time unpaid or paid? If paid, at what rate; full pay,
        75% of pay, etc.?
