Subject: Admission to bar in St. Maarten

We have a patron who is interested in finding out the requirements for
being admitted to the bar in the Netherlands Antilles (St. Maarten). We have
a copy of Kime's International Law Handbook (1981) which helps somewhat but
focuses more on educational requirements in the Antilles. This would be an
American-educated attorney who would go there to practice.
Any help would be appreciated. If someone has any information, please
