I am looking for any arbitration panel findings that someone might have
regarding pesticide registration data. When one company wishes to use
the pesticide data from another company in the registration of its
product, they will sometimes "offer to pay" for the use of the data.
This can end up in arbitration under the rules of the American
Arbitration Association -- however, these decisions are not publicly
available. The parties receive the written results, but no one else. We
have a few of these that have been given to us, but are looking for
more. If anyone has these in their files and are willing to share, I
would appreciate a call. TIA
