I have a question from a student regarding (what we think is a journal
article). The cite is:
Robert G. Spector, "Tort Liability for Transmission of a Veneral
Disease", 14 No.1 Fair Share 23 (1994).
We do not own this and I am not even sure if it is a journal (although
the cite leads one to believe that it is some type of perodical). It is
not listed in Ulrichs.
Has anyone seen a reference to this before (or do you have it in your
collection)?
If so, may we get a copy of this article faxed to us? We will be more
than happy to pay for any costs incurred in faxing.
