What experience has anyone had with the "How To" Shepard's software
program? We tried to use this program with our first year students last
semester, loading it on our new 486 Gateway PC's (stand alones, not
networked). We experienced significant lock-ups when the students tried
to run the program. In fact two students locked up six different pc's in
less than 10 minutes.
We've contacted both Gateway and Shepard's, and are still investigating
this situation. I would really appreciate hearing about any other
experiences with this software program.
