Lexis/Nexis fixed rates

I would like feedback from anyone who has had experience with The
Lexis/Nexis new fixed fee structures. So often promises are made by
the the account repreps that don't pan out. I am interested in both
the pros and the cons and generally how it has effected use of
Lexis' online services. Thanks in advance.
