Does anyone know of pending Oregon legislation concerning the imposition
of a specific form of a retail installment sales contract for motor
vehicles for lenders? I am told that such is pending. If anyone knows
of a phone number that might help or general information on the Oregon
legislative process such as term, effective dates, etc., please let me
know. Thanks.
