Hello and thanks to all who responded to my S.O.S. for
opinions/information regarding Shepard's CD-ROM. For those who were
interested in the results of my survey, there are by far more unsatisfied
customers than satisfied. I guess it all depends on your budget, your
experimental free time and your alternatives.
I have another request for information, this time for any input regarding
the rearrangement of client charge-backs for LEXIS/NEXIS use after
switching to a flat fee contract. Does your institution keep the
savings? Do you pass it along to your clients? If so, how?
Percentage? Flat rate reduction? Answers on a postcard--just kidding.
