Haven't looked for it on the 'net, however, I phoned the Dept. of
Justice, Antitrust Division at 202 514 2007 and requested a copy. I was
asked if I wanted it mailed, faxed, or FedEx'd -- I responded faxed and
got it the same day <Thursday of last week>.
