I have a request by a faculty member for information on the DOJ v ABA
Settlement agreed to last week regarding the setting of faculty salaries,
etc. I have sent him copies of all news articles on Wexis, however, what
he really wants is a copy of the settlement agreement.
Does anyone know,
1. Is the agreement a matter of public record?
2. If so, is it available on the internet anywhere?
