    Dear LAW-LIB readers,

I am responding to the posting regarding our new research platform,
IntelliConnect. There is concern regarding previously created links and
the ability to search a specific publication.

    Links will still work-

Links to documents/publications in the CCH Internet Research NetWork and
CCH Tax Research Network will automatically transition to the same
documents/publications in IntelliConnect. The exception is links built
to the tabs and blue bars which do not exist within IntelliConnect.
Eventually the library's internal catalog should be updated with the
native IntelliConnect links for faster processing. Our Customer Service
team will assist with that translation. Anytime after your account
migrates to IntelliConnect please call 800.344.3734 and press the * key
for IntelliConnect support between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST and let them
know you'd like to translate your IRN/TRN links to native IntelliConnect
    links.

How to search for a specific publication-

To target a certain title, start in the "Browse" feature and menu-walk
to the publication. The publication may also be saved as a "Favorite"
for quick access during a future search.

Wolters Kluwer Law & Business has Legal Training Consultants conducting
10-12 IntelliConnect Overview (30 min) and Hands-on (1 hr) introductory
webinars each week. Anyone can sign up for these sessions at
    http://business.cch.com/legalprotraining.

There are also flash demos available that provide IntelliConnect
functionality training on Document Path, History, My Favorites, Practice
    Areas and Preferences at http://tax.cchgroup.com/IntelliConnect/lmg-ic
    that may be very helpful.

I am glad to respond to questions off list. My contact information is
    below.

    Good morning,

I am looking to hear from anyone that has completely migrated or is
about to migrate to the new CCH platform. We are moving over next week
and are already having some issues with the alerts that we send out from
the library email account to attorneys. Also, after having spent the
time cataloging each title we have on our subscription and adding urls
to the records in our catalog, we are very disappointed to learn that
the links will no longer work and there is no solid way to search for a
specific title/publication on the new interface.

Any tips, warnings and/or heads-ups about this process would be greatly
    appreciated.

    I am very afraid!

    Thank you,
