Subject: [LAW-LIB:59481] Assistance with an EU Commission Decision

    Good evening Everyone

I need some assistance with an EU case.

I have in my possession a decision I obtained from EUR-Lex for the following EU Commission Decision. The citation is as follows:

91/562 /EEC: Commission Decision of 18 October 1991 relating to a proceeding pursuant to Article 85 of the EEC Treaty (IV/32.727 - Eirpage)
    Official Journal L 306, 07/11/1991 P. 0022 - 0033

In this decision, I found the following note in the Dates section: End of Validity 31/07/2001. This leads me to believe that this decision is no longer valid.

I would like to know is there some online or print service similar to Shepards in Lexis or KeyCite in Westlaw wherein I can find the history of this decision and how it was declared no longer valid.

I am making the assumption (and its a big one) that these EU Commission Decisions are similar to US jurisprudence in that cases can affirm or make invalid entire cases or portions of them. If that assumption is incorrect, please feel free to correct me. Parenthetically, if there is something I should read to better understand EU decisions / jurisprudence, I would be happy to take that recommendation as well.

As always, thank you for your consideration.

    Regards
    Eugene
