CROSS-POSTED - Please forgive any duplication

To avoid confusion and unnecessary claims work, the editor of the Journal of
Appellate Practice and Process has asked me to make you aware that no issues
have a publication date of 2008. Please see her message below.

The cover date for the issue that is about to leave the printer is "Spring
2009," and it is Volume 10, Issue 1. Although their dates won't be
sequential (as you can see from looking at the TOCs posted to the Journal's
portion of the law school's website
http://www.law.ualr.edu/publications/japp/toc.asp ), subscribers whose
shelved books go from Volume 9, Issue 2, to this new one (10:1) have
complete collections.
