    Hello,

    We are attempting to obtain some documents from the Ontario Superior
    Court of Justice, Toronto. Can anyone advise what the equivalent terms
    would be in Canadian civil practice for the following documents:

    Motions submitted on behalf of the defendants

    Briefs submitted on behalf of the defendants

    Memoranda of law submitted on behalf of the defendants.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
