I am having problem retrieving an article that I purchased online from
ScienceDirect.
The company apparently does not want customer service phone calls. They
list no phone numbers on their website though they do offer a 2 day
turn-around response for email queries. My google searches have produced
no other options.
I really don't have 2 days to wait until they get around to me.
Does anyone have a customer service phone number for this company?
