I am looking for a brief description of the courts in the British Virgin
Islands, how they are organized and the type of cases that can be
brought. The BVI government web site is not helpful. Some information
about the courts can be found on the web - via pathfinders, in case law
and references to secondary resources. However, I seem to be coming up
short in terms of finding a useful authoritative overview.
If anyone can provide this information or tell me where it is readily
available I would be most appreciative.
Thank you.
