    Folks,

    As many of you know, we recently launched a petition regarding
    PACER. We noticed that many who signed the petition also commented
    on the costs of using PACER.

    As a follow-up to the petition, we've drafted a short online survey
    (http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB229CTDB499G) to learn more
    about how much libraries are paying for access to PACER.

    Please take a few minutes to fill out this very brief survey
