Convoluted subject line aside, we have encountered a problem that occurs
when receiving and forwarding materials in Outlook 2007 (Westlaw
Bulletins for example) from Westlaw Watch that have Find&Print enabled.
I was wondering if anyone who had experienced this problem found a
better resolution for the problem than I have.

Essentially, in Outlook 2007, we have found that the check box for each
listed item turns into a set of brackets and both "Find and Print"
buttons are non-functional; disabling the Find&Print capability directly
from the email. If the email comes directly from Westlaw Watch the
feature can be re-enabled by opening the email in a browser (from "Other
Actions" on the ribbon); but if we forward the email to others, even
that won't work... unless you forwarded the original email as an
attachment. Forwarding as an attachment can add steps and snarls the
process, which kind of defeats the purpose of the exercise. Apparently
Microsoft has intentionally disabled this capability in Outlook 2007?

Has anyone else wrestled with this and found a fix or a better answer on
how to solve the dilemma? I have already talked to my IT department and
Westlaw about the problem, and the above are the only solutions I've
    been given.

    Thanks!

    -Juli
