Law Libbers - Are you happy with the technology in your law library?

My project is move our law library from the 1970's to 2009 by adding technology where ever possible. For example, I think an OPAC is essential in a law library in 2009 with branches offices in different cities, so what vendor would you recommend for an OPAC (useful modules, good customization, good customer service)?

I also think it's important to have software to track firm wide usage of databases such as LoisLaw that do not provide usage figures, so which vendor or software product would you recommend to track usage database usage firm wide?

There are many other examples of functions in a 2009 law library where technology could support efficient library operations. Please share your opinion of vendors and/or what software that you consider to be the very best for the specific functions in your library that you rely upon and think are essential for managing an efficient law library?

Thanks in advance for your response. All responses will be kept confidential. I'll summarize for the list if there is interest.
