Books, jewelry, handmade items, purses and a new use for an old USCA are
all available on the website. There is even a special deal on
bookmarks--be the winning bidder on two or more bookmarks and receive a
free $10 borders gift card!
Bidding is easy. Just click on leave a comment. You can even register to
receive emails if someone else has bid on your item. Not going to AALL?
You can still bid and have a proxy pick up the item or we will mail it to
you if you are the winning bidder. Just contact me with what items you
are bidding on and your highest price. Online bidding will close at 10
a.m MT on July 22nd.
Going to be in DC? We invite you to continue bidding at the SCCLL
breakfast meeting Sunday July 26 in the East Ball Room of the Renaissance
Hotel. Some items may be new as they were donated too late to be placed
on the online auction. Bidding will close at 8:30 but you are invited to
come in any time after the business meeting gets started at 7:30. You'll
have plenty of time to take your treasures back to the hotel before the
opening of the exhibit hall!
Keep on checking back to the website as new things are added almost
daily.
Remember that all money raised goes to provide travel grants for SCCLL
members to attend the AALL annual meeting and the Equal Access to Justice
conference. Donations for that fund, whether or not you want to bid on an
item, will always be gratefully accepted.
