    If you have the Arkansas Civil Practice & Procedure volumes, I'm trying to verify a page number in §7.3 re standing. Specifically, on what page does "The phrase "justiciable matter"...." appear - it has fn 19 at the end of the sentence. The online version doesn't give a page number and I need to verify a citation in a brief.
