    Hello-

    I have been asked to find a Congressional Record entry. If I understand
    what I have been told correctly, what I have is the citation for the
    daily volume, and that those citations change with the issuance of the
    bound volume (at which time everyone tosses the dailies). I believe
    there is a cross-reference tool for this on HeinOnline, but we do not
    subscribe to the Congressional records portion of Hein. If someone
    could possibly cross-reference this for me and give me the citation to
    the bound volume, I would be most appreciative! The subject matter is
    Medicare, certificates of need, S. 1744 (PL 99-660).
