We are in the process of drafting a cost recovery policy for online
legal research.
If anyone has been through this process and has any advice, or sample
policies to share, it would be much appreciated.
I have several excellent articles and presentations on the topic, but
they are mostly very general outlines of the process, and we're looking
for a bit more detail.
