I have a cite to an Attorney General's Opinion of December 7, 1973. The
cite appears in AG opinion 78-792. The 1973 AG opinion does not have a
number mentioned. The AG's office cannot pull it by date - you must
have a number. The 1973 opinion deals with the Town of Rosedale. The
mayor of Rosedale was a car salesman, and so the agency for which he
worked could not bid on the sale of a pickup truck to Rosedale.
I have searched Louisiana case law and statutes hoping for a citation.
If you can help with a citation to this opinion, or suggest another way
or place to search, I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
