[LAW-LIB:59338] Resource to track stock dividend history?

    The dates are from 1985 to 1997 and the company has been acquired. Does
    anyone know of a good (any) resource to track stock dividend history?
    I've checked SEC filings and was told that due to the acquisition they
    would have been deregistered with the FDIC (this is a bank), so I am
    unable to search their filings.
