    Michelle,

I wrote a very long lead article on this subject, comparing Fastcase to
Casemaker. It was for the Legal Information Alert newsletter (Alert
    Publications).

The editor, Donna Tuke (dmtuke@gmail.com) might sell you just that one
issue or you might try to interlibrary loan it.

NOTE: After I wrote the article, Fastcase, which only had digitized
case law at the time, improved their database by digitizing statutes.
All other legal material is provided simply by linking to the official
    sites.

I have been asked to seriously consider looking at FastCase as an alternative to Lexis or Westlaw. If you are able to offer me your thoughts or experience with the product, I would be eternally grateful. I am a Canadian Law Librarian and would appreciate an American perspective. Law-Libbers are the BEST.
