I need an article from an old Kentucky Bench & Bar, Winter 1987 issue.
It is the article by William O. Bertelsman, Views of the Federal Bench:
Significant Developments in the Law of Summary Judgments.
It isn't available on Wexis and I haven't been able to locate it
locally. If you can help me out on this please let me know. Thanks in
