    We are looking for the 1962 version of George W. Thompson, Commentaries on the Modern Law of Real Property , Volume 7, § 3155 at 85 (including supplements).
     
    This does not appear to be on Lexis, Westlaw, or HeinOnline. No success with WorldCat either.
     
    Any assistance would be much appreciated!
