I'm looking for an opinion in First American Bank of New York v. Fallova
Shredder Co., Inc. I found the 1992 opinion at 587 N.Y.S. 2d 119;
however, I'm looking for another opinion in the matter from June 18,
1991 or 1992 (not sure which since the opinion I have cites both dates).
If anyone has a copy of this opinion and is willing to send it to me,
I'd greatly appreciate it. We are willing to pay reasonable copy fees
for retrieval.
