You can sometimes find out who is using a particular catalog by
searching libwebcats (http://www.librarytechnology.org/libwebcats/).
Use the advanced search and you can limit by type of library and the
product name. It's voluntary to include information so is not
comprehensive, but it might be a starting point. You can also search
on people who *used* to have a product, which might also be helpful.
