Good Afternoon
I have been tasked with locating the above. They were
supposedly printed in the Official Gazette of Saudi Arabia on October
15, 2004. All the usual suspects haven't been able to turn these up and
as a last resort, I am flinging myself on the mercy of law-lib.
We will take them in any language available and be happy to pay
any fees incurred. Many thanks in advance for any and all assistance or
