Many thanks to Leslie W. Lanphear of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP and Janice Lustiger of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, P.A. who had some good suggestions, including NJ-PUR decisions on Westlaw and the the NJ Digest of Public Utility Decisions for 1961-1982. We might also use a "court" runner to retrieve some of the docket materials directly from the facility.
