Hello,
An attorney here would like to be able to search through rules or orders of the NJ Board of Public Utilities using keywords such as "sub-metering" or "check-metering." He particularly wishes to see those from 1979-1981. Does anyone have an idea of how this can be accomplished? We search in Lexis back through the years available, and we have both tried to communicate directly with the BOPU in the past, but with little luck.
