    Colleagues:

I am trying to finish an article for the Legal Information Alert with answers to the  questions below.  To date we have received  some great responses, but we still need several more.  So, here is the deal: Anyone who sends a response will have their name entered for a drawing*.  Responses sent that are used in the article will receive a free copy of the Spirit book as well as comp copies of the issue in which the article appears. The Spirit book is worth $34.95.]

Feel free to forward this to someone else in your organization, especially to your director. Answer only the set for reference librarians or the director if you have both hats.

Deadline is Tuesday, June 9th. So hurry!

    * Drawing is for a free one year subscription to the Legal Information Alert.  If you already subscribe, we will extend it for one year.

    Dear Colleagues:
An article in House Beautiful titled "Everybody's Favorite Everything," (June 2009, p 86) inspired this questionnaire for an article to be published in Legal Information Alert. I enjoyed the entries from decorators about their favorite colors, flowers, towels, vacuums and more. I learned quite a bit about products I have wanted to try.  I thought the same concept could be informative (and fun) for law librarians.  In these times, everyone and everything is so serious.  I devised a list of "favorites,” but added other questions.  You might have a favorite that I didn’t include.  Feel free to add it.  We are asking law firm administrators and academic deans one set of questions. Reference librarians are being asked another (but similar) set. We hope librarians everywhere will learn something from your answers, but also that your answers will make them smile (or laugh out loud)!  So feel free to have some fun yourself when answering the
     questions.
