Has anyone seen a change in LexisNexis account managers aggressiveness, and
desperation, regarding contract renewals? I'm curious about your dealings.
Do LexisNexis executives force their managers to go around the Library
Director in negotiating
a renewal, and deal with whoever they deem vulnerable?
