            The part the attorney would like to cite is "Personally identifiable information includes.... " which is under (Authority 20 USC 1232 g (b) (4)(A)) on pg. 320 http://edocket.access.gpo.gov/cfr_2008/julqtr/pdf/34cfr99.3.pdf
             
            Can someone give me the correct cite since no subparts are listed? I found in a section in the bluebook which mentions providing the CFR's page number but that seems to only apply to 3 CFR Presidential Papers. Would the authority be listed and if so, how?
