         Colleagues --

Over the past 10 years or so, the major oil companies have been
getting out of the retail service station industry by selling large
blocks of service stations, sometimes voluntarily, sometimes on the
order of the FTC (as required in 1999 by the Exxon/Mobil merger). What
I am seeking is a lead to a copy of an agreement for such a divestiture.
I have located numerous news stories and have scoured the SEC filings,
both individually and with the help of researchers from Westlaw
Business, with no luck. Any leads appreciated. Thanks.
