Hi all,
I'm looking for the definition of "tenant" in NYC. Sec. 27-2004 of the
housing code gives the definition of just about everything in housing
but tenant, and I haven't been able to find anything else. In
particular, we're looking for a definition of an occupant of a homeless
shelter and whether they qualify as a tenant. The Supportive Housing
website doesn't provide any information in its FAQs.
Thanks,
