    I need to gather some legislative history for A.B. 3191 (1988), which
    amended the Brown Act and added section 54953 to the California
    Government Code. The state's online info doesn't go back this far, and
    it would be very expensive for me to try to find this on Westlaw, as the
    required databases fall outside our contract and are priced at the
    "deluxe" level (plus, I am reasonably certain I wouldn't find anything,
    anyway).

    If there is someone who could help me out with copies of
    reports/analyses that are available for this bill, or tell me where I
    might find them, I would really appreciate it!
