Good morning, is there anyone else out there who has been frustrated by
the Lexis security letter, and subsequent interview, visit, and
validation process? Maybe it's the end of a rough week, but the latest
request with more questions, irritates me yet again - especially when my
own questions are unanswerable. Responses will remain confidential -
I'm just looking for some commiseration on an inconsistent and endless
process. For whatever reason, I think there have only been a few firms
to be asked for this information. I doubt that court or university
libraries would have to go through this process, but I could be wrong.

    Thanks much, Laurie
