Delegation is one of the most important management tools you have at
your disposal. Yet it is a tool not used by some managers because of
fear and doubt. In this session, what delegation is and why it should be
done, will be discussed. Excuses managers make for not delegating will
be refuted. Information will be included on how and what to delegate.
Finally, real life examples of delegation in Technical Services will be
    given.

The second half of this session looks at how work can be delegated to
machines instead of people. How can technology be leveraged to do more
when we increasingly have more to do, but less with which to work. The
session will demonstrate a variety of widely-available applications that
can enhance productivity and improve your workflow.
